In 2014, as India’s smart cities program gained momentum, ETPL proposed the innovative “Neighbourhood Surveillance” concept to position a municipal corporation for the third-round qualifiers. The solution converted a warehouse into a state-of-the-art 1,000 sq. ft. sustainability war room and command center. Completed in under 15 days against a 60-day timeline—ready for handover before PO issuance and payment—the project demonstrated ETPL’s expertise in rapid deployment, strategic planning, and turning brick-and-mortar spaces into intelligent surveillance hubs. The scope included all engineering services ranging from Electrical, Mechanical, Civil leading into a T-4 DC executed in record time.
